Rates below apply to advance reservations with deposit and
confirmation by May 31st. Rates subject to change for
reservations after May 31st. Rates do not apply to Holidays,
Conventions or Groups. A three-night minimum stay is required
for all in-season reservations. Add $15.00 per night for
weekend stays. |

tourism tax. 25% deposit required within 10 days of reservation or reservation
will be cancelled. Visa and Mastercard accepted, however, all taxes must be
paid in cash. Checks accepted for deposits only ($25 return check fee.)
Cash/Credit required at check-in. No personal checks. Check-in: 2pm. Check-out:
10am. Sorry, no pets. Conservative clientele. REFUND POLICY: 40% of deposit
refunded if we are notified 10 days prior to arrival date. |
